S \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou od 1.6.2022 Novela z\u00e1kona \u010d. 480\/2002 o azyle syst\u00e9movo upravuje prvotn\u00fa integr\u00e1ciu azylantov a cudzincov, ktor\u00fdm sa poskytla doplnkov\u00e1 ochrana a to poskytnut\u00edm jednorazov\u00e9ho pr\u00edspevku vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 1,5-n\u00e1sobku \u017eivotn\u00e9ho minima a tie\u017e statn\u00e9ho integra\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edspevku, ktor\u00fd sa poskytuje vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 1,75-n\u00e1sobku sumy \u017eivotn\u00e9ho minima po\u010das \u0161iestich mesiacov. Po skon\u010den\u00ed podpory azylanti a osoby s doplnkovou ochranou integra\u010dn\u00fa podporu od st\u00e1tu viac nedostavaj\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Projekt bude rie\u0161i\u0165 \u0161pecifick\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie zranite\u013en\u00fdch os\u00f4b cie\u013eovej skupiny a\u00a0to dlhodobo, po\u010das celej doby jeho realiz\u00e1cie. Priznanie finan\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edspevku je nen\u00e1rokovate\u013en\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ka\u017ed\u00e9 vypl\u00e1canie finan\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edspevku sa bude posudzova\u0165 individu\u00e1lne s\u00a0osobitn\u00fdm zrete\u013eom na celkov\u00fd potenci\u00e1l pre integr\u00e1ciu a\u00a0tie\u017e r\u00f4zne \u017eivotne okolnosti klientov.<\/strong> Finan\u010dn\u00e1 podpora z projektu je poskytovan\u00e1 osob\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa podmienky udelenia d\u00e1vky v\u00a0hmotnej n\u00fadzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pr\u00edspevky sa vypl\u00e1caj\u00fa v\u00a0hotovosti alebo vkladom na \u00fa\u010det. <\/strong>Preferuje sa osobn\u00e1 forma odovzdania pr\u00edspevku, nako\u013eko vypl\u00e1canie je \u010dasto spojene aj s\u00a0rie\u0161en\u00edm in\u00fdch z\u00e1le\u017eitosti a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 sl\u00fa\u017ei ako monitorovanie situ\u00e1cie klienta integr\u00e1cie. Finan\u010dn\u00e1 podpora je vypl\u00e1can\u00e1 v mesa\u010dn\u00fdch intervaloch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V\u00a0pr\u00edpade, \u017ee bud\u00fa vy\u010derpan\u00e9 v\u0161etky prostriedky projektu ur\u010den\u00e9 na finan\u010dn\u00fa podporu, vedenie projektu m\u00f4\u017ee rozhodn\u00fa\u0165 o\u00a0ukon\u010den\u00ed poskytovania dlhodobej finan\u010dnej podpory klientom, na\u010falej v\u0161ak bude poskytova\u0165 soci\u00e1lne, psychologick\u00e9 a\u00a0in\u00e9 slu\u017eby na z\u00e1klade integra\u010dnej zmluvy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V pr\u00edpade klienta s probl\u00e9mov\u00fdm spr\u00e1van\u00edm, vedenie projektu m\u00f4\u017ee po individu\u00e1lnom pos\u00faden\u00ed situ\u00e1cie rozhodn\u00fa\u0165 o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n V priebehu trvania podpory bude musie\u0165 klient dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pravidl\u00e1 stanoven\u00e9 v integra\u010dnom pl\u00e1ne (akt\u00edvna particip\u00e1cia na kurzoch slovensk\u00e9ho jazyka, akt\u00edvne vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie pr\u00e1ce, spolupr\u00e1ca s pracovn\u00edkmi projektu a pod.) v opa\u010dnom pr\u00edpade mu m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 dlhodob\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00e1 podpora pre zranite\u013en\u00e9 skupiny zastaven\u00e1\/ zn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Osob\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 sa vracaj\u00fa na Slovensko z d\u00f4vodu pred\u013a\u017eenia doplnkovej ochrany sa nebud\u00fa poskytova\u0165 \u017eiadne finan\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky a benefity, len soci\u00e1lne, pr\u00e1vne a psychologick\u00e9 poradenstvo, pr\u00edpadne kurz slovensk\u00e9ho jazyka (pokia\u013e nie je kapacitne naplnen\u00fd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Materi\u00e1lna pomoc je ur\u010den\u00e1 pre \u013eud\u00ed s\u00a0udelenou medzin\u00e1rodnou ochranou na Slovensku<\/strong>, ktor\u00ed sa ocitli v\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dnej situ\u00e1cii a\u00a0nevedia si sami zabezpe\u010di\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 potreby, ako napr\u00edklad potraviny, hygienick\u00e9 potreby \u010di oble\u010denie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee ste sa ocitli v situ\u00e1cii, kedy by ste potrebovali materi\u00e1lnu pomoc, m\u00f4\u017eete n\u00e1s kontaktova\u0165 RIFUGIO@SHR.SK<\/p>\n\n\n\n With effect from 1 June 2022 Amendment to Act No. 480\/2002 on asylum systemically regulates the initial integration of asylum seekers and foreigners who have been granted subsidiary protection by providing a one-time allowance in the amount of 1.5 times the subsistence minimum and also an integration allowance, which is provided in the amount of 1.75 times the amount of the minimum living level in the SR during first six months. After the end of support, asylum seekers and persons with subsidiary protection no longer receive integration support from the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The project will deal with specific situations of vulnerable persons of the target group in the long term, during the entire period of its implementation. The award of a financial contribution is non-claimable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each payment of a financial contribution will be assessed individually with particular regard to the overall potential for integration as well as the different life circumstances of the clients.<\/strong> Please, remember, we are a non-governmental organisation, we are not affiliated with the state. Financial support from the project is provided to persons who meet the conditions for granting a benefit in material need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Contributions are paid in cash or by bank transfer. The personal form of paying the cash is preferred, as the payment is often connected with the solution of other matters and at the same time serves as a monitoring of the client’s situation.
