Klient prech\u00e1dza po\u010diato\u010dn\u00fdm pohovorom, vyhodnocuje sa motiv\u00e1cia, identifikuj\u00fa sa hlavn\u00e9 zru\u010dnosti, form\u00e1lne aj neform\u00e1lne, vytv\u00e1ra sa p\u00edsomn\u00e9 portf\u00f3lio a&nbsp;\u017eivotopis, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 predlo\u017een\u00fd bud\u00facemu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi, rob\u00ed sa n\u00e1cvik pracovn\u00e9ho pohovoru. Soci\u00e1lny pracovn\u00edk vytv\u00e1ra pl\u00e1n \u010dinnost\u00ed aj s&nbsp;krokmi pre zos\u00faladenie zru\u010dnost\u00ed a&nbsp;pr\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed. Soci\u00e1lny pracovn\u00edk rob\u00ed aj n\u00e1cvik pracovn\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed (dodr\u017eiavanie stanovenej pracovnej doby, v\u010dasn\u00fd pr\u00edchod na pracovisko at\u010f.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong><em>Vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie pracovn\u00fdch pr\u00edle\u017eitosti alebo praxe:<\/em><\/strong> pracovn\u00edci pom\u00e1haj\u00fa klientom h\u013eada\u0165 aj mo\u017enosti pracovnej st\u00e1\u017ee alebo praxe, ktor\u00e1 umo\u017en\u00ed klientom kontakt s majoritnou spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou a zlep\u0161\u00ed perspekt\u00edvu klienta na bud\u00face zamestnanie. Vhodn\u00fdm na\u0161tartovan\u00edm m\u00f4\u017ee byt aj dobrovo\u013en\u00edcka \u010dinnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 umo\u017en\u00ed z\u00edska\u0165 prax a\u00a0n\u00e1sledne aj platen\u00e9 zamestnanie. V pr\u00edpade uzavretia pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 klientom poskytnut\u00e1 soci\u00e1lna asistencia pri uzatv\u00e1ran\u00ed pracovnej zmluvy alebo dohody. Pre u\u013eah\u010denie adapt\u00e1cie na pracovisku m\u00f4\u017eu po vz\u00e1jomnej dohode projektov\u00ed pracovn\u00edci komunikova\u0165 so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013emi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong><em>Vyhodnotenie zodpovedaj\u00facim mo\u017enosti a\u00a0pr\u00edle\u017eitosti:<\/em><\/strong> jednou z\u00a0\u00faloh soci\u00e1lneho pracovn\u00edka je aj zre\u00e1lnenie predstav klienta, sledovanie nepriamych v\u00fdhod, \u010dasto je to o\u00a0zos\u00faladen\u00ed zru\u010dnosti, predst\u00e1v a\u00a0pr\u00edle\u017eitosti, \u010do predstavuje nadviazanie bli\u017e\u0161ieho kontaktu s\u00a0klientom pre spr\u00e1vne nasmerovanie klienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong><em>Prevent\u00edvne opatrenia proti vykoris\u0165ovaniu \u010di nevypl\u00e1caniu spravodlivej mzdy:<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp; klienti s\u00fa obozn\u00e1men\u00ed so svojimi pr\u00e1vami vypl\u00fdvaj\u00facimi z platnej legislat\u00edvy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>V&nbsp;pr\u00edpade z\u00e1ujmu o&nbsp;pracovn\u00e9 poradenstvo n\u00e1s vopred telefonicky kontaktujte a napl\u00e1nujeme si presn\u00fd \u010das stretnutia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Job counselling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Job counseling is intended for all persons living in Slovakia who have been granted international protection or asylum, is free of charge and always lasts a maximum of 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">During the job counseling, our employees will talk to you about your job idea, your qualifications and work experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">We will also tell you about the current situation on the labor market, prepare your CV and cover letter with you, plan a new job search strategy, prepare you for a job interview and guide you through the job search process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">If necessary, we can also agree with you to provide assistance and escort to the job interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Job counseling includes the following main steps during individual counseling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Skills and qualifications audit: <\/strong>the client undergoes a skills audit and an audit of the qualifications obtained from the country of origin. The client&#8217;s skills beyond their formal qualifications are explored. Documents may be submitted, which will subsequently need to be translated, or verify their authenticity. The client goes through an initial interview, motivation is evaluated, main skills are identified, both formal and informal, a written portfolio and resume are created that can be presented to a future employer, and a job interview is practiced. The social worker also creates an action plan with steps to match skills and opportunities. The social worker also practices work skills (observing the set working hours, arriving at the workplace on time, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Searching for job opportunities or internships:<\/strong> staff help clients to look for internships or internships, which will allow clients to get in touch with the company and improve the client&#8217;s prospects for future employment. Voluntary activity can also be a suitable start, which will allow you to gain experience and, subsequently, a paid job. In the case of concluding an employment relationship, clients may be provided with social assistance when concluding an employment contract or agreement.
